Seotaiji 6th Ultramania : ウィキペディア英語版 | Seotaiji 6th Ultramania
''Seotaiji 6th Ultramania'' is the second solo studio album by Korean musician Seo Taiji and his sixth overall album. It shows a continuation of the nu metal sound expressed in his first solo album, ''Seo Tai Ji'' and even elements of hardcore punk. It has remained one of his popular albums, selling over a million records in Korea. ''Ultramania'' spawned three number-one singles, "Internet War", "Ultramania", and "Feel the Soul". == Background == ''Ultramania'' places Seo Taiji in Korea for the first time since his retirement and end of Seo Taiji & Boys. Even though he came out of retirement in 1998 and released ''Seo Tai Ji'', he remained hidden and stayed in the United States. Awaiting his return, thousands waited at the airport. He later established ETPFEST and soon released the first single, "Ultramania", which quickly went to number one on the music charts. "Internet War" was soon to follow, also hitting number one. The album features "Orange", a heavy metal self cover of the original hip hop music style version while in Seo Taiji & Boys. In 2000, "Ultramania" won Best Rock Performance at the Mnet Asian Music Awards.
